Mountain bike

In Alta Fassa we have got the most important cycling stages, which are the historic stages of Giro d'Italia. On the Pordoi Pass a statue in honor of the great Fausto Coppi has been erected. Until today the Giro d'Italia, despite the annual changes in the tracks, never gives up to the Pordoi Pass uphill.
An uncontaminated nature, breathtaking uphills, behind every curve astonishing panoramic views... from Canazei to Pordoi Pass there has been installed a chronometric system that everyone can use on their own to challenge themselves or with friends.
There are as well numerous trails that can be traveled through by mountain bike in Alta Fassa and it's up to you to chose the ones you prefer. Leave the traffic stress, the road noise, get on your bike and go every day to discover new panoramic views. We swear you will not regret it!!! Paths and trails of all difficulty levels, some are simple, other more challenging with try your physical form. A thing you definitely cannot loose is the panoramic hike of Sellaronda Mountainbike. Until some time ago the Sella massif has always been seen as an impregnable fortress by the bike lovers. Today, thanks to the rope ways one can easily get one of the 4 passes peaks - Sella Pass, Pordoi Pass and Gardena Pass. You can organize within the day the tour of the massif counterclockwise. Only the Campolongo Pass cannot be reached by the rope ways, but has to be conquered by mountain bike.
The downhills are performed on dug up paths and only partially on the roads. The itinerary around the Sella massif measures about 53 km and covers a hight difference of 3.700 meters. It's a really unique panoramic hike.
