Giuseppe and Elena, brother and sister, are happy to welcome you as they have been managing the restaurant for many years now. Among the other restaurants of the valley, El Resolé is the most famous for its characteristic ambiance, for its panoramic position just in front of the mountain groups of Pordoi, Sella and Fedaia, and last but not least, it is very appreciated for its high quality cuisine. The cook belongs to the same family, his name is Federico and he is a simple and direct man. His dishes has to be absolutely tasted to really understand how tradition can be presented in a tasty and good looking way.
Typical and international dishes are made with high quality ingredients. Do not absolutely loose the home made first courses, and the desserts that are definitely genuine. Upon reservation a good variety of roasted meats will be served on a wooden cutting board together with fresh vegetables. Moreover, El Rosolé restaurant offers an interesting wine variety esclusively produced in Sounth Tyrol.
If you want to eat something less difficult you can always take a pizza, made with a wooden oven by using only high quality olive oil and other products.
In summer it's worth to book a table on the big external terrace having a "reserved" view on the Dolomites. Beside s that, to make you and your children fully happy, you can eat while they play with the lambs on the neighboring meadow.
